FALSE VAS SERVICES DEDUCTION AND BALANCE DEDUCTION

Hi Team,

Idea is the biggest cheater company .

Idea falsely activated Vas services and deducted around 250 Rs . for this from my account balance .

Mobile no 7055444267 . (upwest) . I have complained a no of times but they are not giving any proper response .

Nor they are refunding my money nor they are sharing me service activation logs .

Please help on this .
