unnecessary balance deduction

hi my self manish kumar , presently i am residing in Allahabad(UP) but i am using my old mob no for the internet , thing is that the comp have been activated too many unneccessary products and they were charging for it, but i am unable to deactivate all thease because i am i the roaming so unable to make a call to the comp, i tried on both the no 198 as well as 121.. the call was not going through….

i need ur help please help me to deactivate my all the VAS products.. my mob no is 9738273845 its aircel karnataka mob no
