Ebay india is fraud- don’t buy from them

I participated in ebay India Diwali fest 2014 in month of oct, as per their diwali festival offer, highest spender of the day will get iphone6 and i was declared too by ebay and got confirmation mail too but since three months there is no clue of gift despite writing their highest escalation point and grievance cell. ebay india seems to be just publishing festival schemes but never handouts gifts to winner, seems they are fraud by nature.
