Hi,sir/madam,
I would like inform to you that “DIGI WORLD” supply old 40 inch LCD at my home I had lot of complaint at digi world lajpat nagar store but i did not get any satisfactory answer from “DIGI WORLD” LAJPAT NAGAR , DIGI WORLD LAJPAT NAGAR staff only settled the matter, .
1. Too much scratches on the panel of LCD.
2. remote conditation is very bad.
3. Table top is also not good conditation.
I had purchase my lcd dated 19/11/14 and payment with my credit card 23500rupees and 1000 rupees cash total(23500+1000= 24500 rupees) but they gave me bill for 24000 rupees , digiworld lajpat nagar old tv supply at my home dated 28/11/14 , after this videocon engineer come at my home for instalation tv at my home dated 30/11/14 when engineer open the box of tv there are not wall mounting system then he had closed the box and keep the tv a corner in my home after this i had make lot of calls but nobody come, after lot of effort a engineer come at my home that day date was 7/12/14 but videocon service(DTH) not continue due to this tv was shut down , tv was not mount in ahead of me because i was not in delhi , I was come back in delhi dated 09/12/14 , my videcon DTH services is also start dated 09/12/14 . when i saw the scraches on the panel , I had call DIGI WORLD ,Lajpat Nagar Manager Mr shiv and inform to him about tv condition .but DIGI WORLD staff behave not well with me due to this i have to call police after this Mr. shiv registered my complaint but after some time has been cancelled my complaint.

I never thing DIGI WORLD can do such chip controversy , so tuesday (30/12/2014) i will go to the consumer court and also file a complaint in the lajpat nagar police station for your’s cheating .

I hope you will take action on the above issue an rectify the problem .I will wait yours answer . other wise i will go to consumer court against yours store and fille a complaint in lajpat nagar police station against yours staff because they are cheeting with me.
