I have aircel no 8802317372. On 30-12-2014 at night around 9’0 clock my balance deducted with rs 49. I have 2gb data on cell. Today I made a call on 198 to customer care and ask for the reason of deduction. They told me that I have download a wallpaper. Then I said I not download any such wallpaper. Then he replied that I have just clicked on the link. It’s doesn’t matter you download ot not if just clicked on such link you were be charged. Then I asked him that please tell on which site I downloaded that wallpaper. Gen he said that this flash link could come anywhere on any site. Then I requested to blocked such link on my number then he said company can’t do this. If I don’t want to be charged any mount I should avoid to use the net.
This is clear case of cheating and fraud which comes under 378 of PIC. Even I am thinking to take aircel in consumer court and also registere a fir on them.
