Bad after sale service experience

Hi, My family and I have been using Nokia cellphones for many years. But for past two years I had very bad experience with nokia care. Instead of the cellphone covered under warranty, I have been charged service charge. Moreover, instead of telling what the issue with the phone is they keep telling me to contact insurance company. I have bought two lumia phones in past one and half years and due to manufacturing defect my phone lumia 925 seems dead still they are refusing to repair it for free of cost for Lumia 925. Dont know what are they upto. Please help.
