Airtel – Fraud Airtel Executive

This is with reference to my airtel dongle (8527472492). Last month (Nov 2014) one of the
airtel executive provided me wrong information about my data usage due to which
I have to immediately activate smart bytes plan of Rs 300/-

Now I got bill of Rs 623/- even I have not used my existing plan limit of 2GB.

This was very disappointing act from Airtel.

I had dropped several emails to Airtel customer care but they are telling me baseless stories.

I want to pay now only per my usage done for
the Nov-Dec bill cycle as I will not pay for the wrong information provided by
Airtel executive. I will pay only 323 Rs/
