Goods not delivered after advance payment and Faulty Product

I paid online payment on 24 Oct 2014 for Cow milking Machine and 5 Cow mat to Alfa Tech India, Pune. They commit for delivery in 10 days. But they send me Faulty milking machine after 1 month and not delivered cow mat til now 25 Dec 2014. When i called to Mr, Milind, all the time he said my assistant will send you transport detail but i have no any information about cow mat.
