I placed my ordered on 29th October for timex golden wrist watch for men ZR 32 rs 699. I got my product on 10th November but the watch is not working. So I placed complain telling them that I want to return the product and get my cash back. They told they will do the needfull but they have not yet took back the product. I have called dem many times but no response.
