BAD SERVICE

My name is Gaurav and i have a query about the First Free Service that skoda is offering after 1 Year completion or 15000 kms which ever comes first.
I have a Skoda Rapid that i purchased in December 2013 from Jai Autos Bhikaji Cama New Delhi. I went to the service centre on 13.12.2014 as per booking.
I was expecting a free service but the skoda advisor mentioned that i have to pay Rs.7500 as a charge for changing oil and replacement of filters. I denied for the changes as my car only covered 2000 kms in last 1 year.
But the advisor said it is mandatory to make the changes as it is a part of service. I have checked your booklets, service book, manual and warranty policies its not mentioned anywhere that its mandatory that oil and filters needs to be changed.
After 1 hour of argument they agreed for the service without changing anything. But at the end they did not provide me with the stamp on the service booklet.
May i know is it necessary to change the oil and filters during the 1st free service and if i don’t allow them to make any changes they will not provide me with the service? And at the end they mentioned it will impact my warranty and insurance service. Please look into it.
