This complaint is regards to my order id no. 11116430 which was ordered on 11.12.14 at Yepme.com and the maximum delivery time was 20.12.14 but I haven’t received it yet.
I called their customer care on 22.12.14 they told that they have courired it through Overnite Express and I don’t have to worry as they contacted them for immediate delivery but not till 24.12.14 I received it.
At last I tried to track my order through overnite express with the tracking i.d no. 7254175876 and its showing that my product has already been dispatched from kolkata on 16.12.14 and when I tried to call Overnite Express Customer Care they don’t pick up the call even once.
I have already paid the money online for my product and now they use to give me fake assurance,delaying my complaint and don’t give me any attention to my problems.
I am very helpless please do the needfull.
And I also want to charge them extra 500 for harrashing me.
