It is to bring to your notice that i have purchased a VOX sports neckband BM060 MP3/FM Player from snapdeal(an online shopping portal)last month. When I received it i found its not working and after checking I called snapdeal for replacement as they committed but till date nobody from their end has come to take it and replace. This is actually a fraudulent activity which I experienced from such an organisation. I have already paid for the product.
Requesting you to kindly take necessary steps for this act and aware people of buying such products online.
