I have bought Nokia XL with extended warranty by New Mobile Care India Pvt. Ltd.
My card number is NMC 39185 and given for repair on 13 October 2014. Problem of my handset is related to Display damage. The phone was returned to me on 4th December 2014 but was not completely repaired and there were three Problems 1.Mic Not Working 2. Calling Speaker Not working 3. light Shown in display from upper side & many points in display & it has been returned to Mr. Nasir on same day. thereafter I call on 12 dec 2014 and spoke to Ms. Archana regarding my handset & she told me that it will also take 10-12 days. Since today morning, I am trying to connect to know the status but nothing is moving.
I beg to please return my phone on urgent basis.
