Im using vodafone 3G with Rs. 650 unlimited mobile internet pack. On the first day of activating this pack, Vodafone has deducted Rs. 99 twice from my balance for downloading some DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_99-HELLO1STORE and DNLD-D2C_SALPARNI_LOOKATIT_PPU_99-SALPARNI. I
I haven’t downloaded anything. When I called up customer care to ask the details, I got a pathetic reply for “N” number of times saying that I can find the details on *111# (I dont understand why vodofone cannot improve its customer care hiring standard!). I have been using Vodafone since 9.5 years, almost a decade now, but its the first time that I am feeling dumbfounded and betrayed.
