The concerned official,
I am a consumer of vodafone, my vodafone mobile no. is 9580724114, in my postpaid bill of December 2014 , i was charged ₹49 for wapvilla.ppd on 1/11/14 00:15:16 and ₹99 for d2cmobitans99. Total ₹148 havr been wrongly and fraudulanty charged in my bill. I have not downloaded nor clicked any charged site. Moreover before clicking any such site a warning is usuallu displayed. Plus on searching the internet it can be seen that vodafone is wrongly/fraudulantly charging considerable amount in the name of wapvilla.ppd and d2cmobi, from thousands of its consumers. TRAI must look into this matter.
I called vodafone complaint help, they just lodged a complaint and did nothing else. Please do look into this matter and refund the said amount asap.
