Vodafone has deducted Rs-49 from my balance with the reason that I have subscribe to NDTV VALUE PACK-49 on 7/12/2014 but I have never visited or subscribed to such site. They never send me a message about this subscription when I have contacted they didnt give proper response nor returned my balance if I have visited such site please give me detailed record of the such event. It is fraudulent scheme run by vodafone.

@VODAFONE Is this a strategy of making money from customers?
Please reimburse the money and help me to know where these charges are coming from, so that i can avoid these unexpected charges.
