I am a Vodafone Customer in Mumbai using 2G data plan.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 49/- for downloading d2c_mgossip_pack49 2 times in a month along with d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 of Rs 99/-.So in all they have charged me Rs 526/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they had no proper explaination.

I still did not get any response from you. Is it like you are now not responding on your complaints. It is worst thing that you are not even replying as this is a big and common issue that mostly Vodafone users are facing . You can not say that all of us are wrong and doing false complaint.
Sovle this issue it is very common.Not responding and not doing anything in this regards will be a problem for you and your coustomer. surly you will be losing coustomer if you didn’t respond and look into this issue seriously.
Check and confirm why it is happing and why you are not able to reslove this.
