loan passed of rs 2,50,000/- but amount came in account is rs 2,35,000/-

i have taken a used car loan from icici bank and loan loan number is (LUTEL00030802720) was sanctioned a loan of rs 2,50,000/- ( two lakh fifty thousand only ) but i have got a amount of rs 2,35,000/- ( two lakh thirty five thousand ) what about the rest amount. there is no resonce from icici loan department regarding this and DSA from where i have applied for loan they are not picking the call please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible or i will file a consumer complaint against icici bank.
