Wrong Product delivered and asking customer to do the reverse pick up

I had ordered a dress on this site. My order Id was 120141153 and the cost of the product was Rs.1349.25. It was COD order. I received a completely different product. My order was for faux georgette suit and the site had a picture of the suit which i liked and ordered. the product i received was completely different from that of the site. it was cheap cotton unfinished embroidery suit which i could easily get in the market for less than Rs 500. I was horrified as such a site could cheat like this. To my amazement when i made the complaint for wrong product and asked them to take it back and return my money. The site asked me to do the reverse pick up myself as they will not be able to do. I will have to send it to their courier partner as my area is not serviceable. When i had ordered the product, my area was serviceable and product got delivered but at the time of taking back their product, my area becomes unserviceable. it is such a harassment and i would never recommend this fraudulent site to anyone. I would like to open the eyes of the people as this is a cheat site. they sell fake products and do fraud. I would definitely like to see this site closed as they are simply cheating people. i wish you could take some action against them. I can even send pictures of the product ordered and the product delivered for proof.
