product not delivery.

Sir/madam,
My name is suman singh. I book a shoe (price: Rs.1794) on 29th november2014 (order no. : 374 720 3539 )from Snapdeal and the estimated delivery date was 9th December 2014 but till my order is not deliver to me. On 3rd december 2014 they massage me that your order has been handed to the Xespressbees courier (tracking no.:1510221908793 ) and you will receive it on or before the estimated time. but the delivery is not made till date.Further I made a complaint to the snapdeal they informed that the complaint had been lodged and you will be getting the update in next couple if days (complaint no. 13034274 ). However yesterday Ie.15/012/2014. They mailed me that the orde was returned as the courier has tried to make the delivery but something went wrong. I mailed and called then and informed that i had been in touch with the courier (xpressbess) but they informed me that they donot have any delivery in my name.so if the Snapdeal will give me the reason that the courier tried to make the deliver then it is not acceptable. Now Snapdeal suggest me to make a new order for the same shoe which is now going to cost me Rs. 4200 and earlier it was Rs. 1794. So why I should make a new order and pay more.
