bad custumer service

I am writing this mail with extreme disappointment and i am in deep agony that i have bought a product from your web site on 10/03/2014 an HTC ONE X mobile. I have seen lot of adds of Ebay and thought that ,yours is a fair,transparent and an authentic online shopping site , But the bitter experience which i have got doesnt suit a good online shopping site. I am not extending my words ,i am straightly going into the problem i am facing , The mobile which i have bought from your site is now not working fine ,It has got serious problem with its display. The product is well with in the guarantee period only,Taking this into account i have contacted Ebay. I got the reply from Ebay to contact the seller, one Mr sunil nagmal and his contact numb is 08097515123 , I have contacted the seller and told my grievance to him . After hearing my problem he asked me to wait ,because festival season was going around and he asked me to call back after DIWALI Trusting his words i called him after Diwali,He is now taking no care and responsibility abt my problem and he is challenging me to go to consumer court and he asking me to take legal action. so many times i contacted ur customer care services and till yet no confirmation msges from your side.
I am now suffering the loss, I can assure you that there is no mis handling of the phone from my side and phone is well with in the guarantee period. What should i do now, similar experience my friend had with flipkart but they have solved the problem with in no time , But Ebay is not taking any responsibility of the product sold from your side even though the complaint is genuine . I am very dis pointed to tell you that if i had used any other online shopping sites like flipkart,amazone,snapdeal then i will not encounter this type of problem ,atlest you should be responsible for the product you have sold from your site ,Its not about offers its abt quality of service,really feel shame on my self that i have chosen the wrong web site , This will be my last and final shopping from your site unless and until you come up with a solution in resolving my problem , Plz entertain authentic sellers in your web site for ur refernce the details of invoice are noting below.This is really rediculous i really need to take a strict action against them for fooling people in such a way…..

    We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection,i.e., eBay Guarantee*. Since this transaction is +45 days we are not able to protect you under eBay Guarantee.
    Therefore eBay would not be able to intervene in the same anymore, and hence would request you to get in touch with the seller and resolve the issue amicably.
