I submit that i have purchased Vincent Chase VC 34631 Gunmetal Black Green Gradient Aviator sunglasses @ Rs: 524.48/- vide order No. 1201797865 on Lenskart site on 24.11.2014 at 21.32.16 IST through Cash on Delivery (COD). But the product was a defective piece and the same was informed to the Lenskart. Further they will arrange a reverse pick up Return ID: 132637 on 04.12.2014. On 08.12.2014 i contacted to the customer care what is the status of my product, they stated that we will process as soon as possible. Again on the same day i sent mail to the customer support regarding my refund of money. They replied to my mail “We are refunding the order value of the product to you by way of Credit Points which has been credited to your account against your refund/exchange. These credit points can be used on any of your future purchases for absolute value. These Credit Points are valid for 180 days and can be used only with online modes of payment.” One more thing “Store Credits once issued will not be converted into online/cheque refunds”.

Before that i already spoken to their executive over phone i dont want any store credits. I just want my money back either by way of COD, Cheque or transfer to bank A/c which is easier.

As I am consumer, I request you to solve this issue and passed appropriate orders to the Lenskart.
