LCD TELEVISION NOT RECD FOR THE LAST THREE AND A HALF MONTH

Dear All,
I would like to inform you that i had applied for the LCD television on 14th jan 2010 that was offered in Rs.9000/- only with the purchase of any compaq laptop.
But till date i have not recd any LCD television.
Further they have already deducted Rs.9000/- from my account on 9TH FEB 2010
