Hi,
I bought the bike Royal En-field Thunderbird 350cc twin spark, on my first servicing , they haven’t changed the oil but charged for it due to that because of that the engine was getting hot , I logged the complaint to the company they told to take the bike to the nearest center , fine I took it.
Next servicing ,I was suffering form some problem I took to the service center the took my bike for 10 days fine,
after few days I noticed some of the parts not working not working , Sevice Centre Reply : Sir , keep your bike for some days we will look after that.Again they kept the bike for 3-4 days.
Then I noticed after few weeks, my bike oil is leaking (the exact place where they did the repairing part) again you go the service center and the same process follows.
I had an experience that Whenever I give my bike for servicing they tell you replace it , ok fine the customer did , but they mess with the nearby parts so that the next time you come for the service they tell you please replace it , I have poof of this if the court want it, they are simply harassing that every time the bike comes from servicing you need to carry it again and again to service center.I need you to take action on this and do the needful .
