Urgent with High Importance – Insensitivity and Irresponsibility shown by Honda Dealer

Hi Sir/Madam,

Kindly take my complaint as High Priority and very Urgent. More than a month back , I wanted to buy a Honda Unicorn bike. I went to Pashankar Auto Pvt. Ltd. Shivaji Nagar , Pune. At that time I was told that the waiting period for Honda Unicorn bike is one month. I was OK with it and I was told about the documents which would be required for the purchase of the bike. I got all my documents done including Registered Rent agreement etc and again went to visit the Showroom situated at Shivaji nagar.That day , the Sales Department of Pashankar Auto Pvt. Ltd told me that the waiting period has been increased to 4 months. They told me that there is some problem with the Honda Manufacturing Unit. 4 months were too much for me. So I cancelled my plan to book Honda Unicorn. The Manager of Sales Department of Pashankar Auto Pvt told me to switch to Honda Trigger instead of Honda Unicorn and they committed to deliver that bike within a week. So , believing him , I booked Honda Trigger Bike STD in Black color on 22nd Nov 2014. I gave the down payment of Rs.34,074 and went for Auto Finance from a bank for the rest of the amount. afetr a week , when I visited the showroom for the 4th time , I was told that for now Honda Trigger STD model is available in Red color but they will arrange it in Black color within 3 days. Again after 3 days , I visited the showroom and I was committed that the bike will be delivered to me on Sunday , 7th Dec 2014. Today , on 6th Dec 2014 , I visited the showrrom again just to inform that as per their commitment I will be coming tomorrow to get my bike. But now they are telling me to wait for another 15 days for Black Color and now forcing me to buy the bike in Red color. I can not even explain how much mental torture and harassment I have been gone through. I have visited the showroom of Pashankar Auto Pvt located at Shivaji Nagar which is very much far from Magarpatta City where I stay. All my Loan formalities are done and clear. I have spent rather wasted so much time for it. I have called them so much times , but they never replied. I am very much disappointed and broken now. If this kind of behavior is shown to the customer at the time of buying the vehicle , how can we expect something good at the time of services.I am planning to raise my request to Consumer Court and Consumer Forum.It is very much difficult to tolerate such type of harassment.

I hope you will take strict action against it.

    Unsatisfactory repairs job at Navi Peth service center twice in 30 days.
    Not inspecting repairs job before delivery.
    I have given my activate for repairs of fork. The problem is still persist after repairs. I have received vehicle yesterday night.
    Pl let me know where to complaint.
