Irresponsible behaviour ( no responce from driver and customer care)

I booked a cab at 19:45 from balkampet to secunderabad railway station on 05/12/2014 through Meru cabs. My booking reference no is 32524994 and they conformed, they sent details of Cab Number AP28VA1605,
Chauffeur Name M RAMESH , Chauffeur Phone 9912963005 . I wait for him upto 19:50. I didn’t get a call from him, so I called him about cab, he told that my car is in breakdown and company cancelled the booking. I didn’t get any information form meru cab customer care or didn’t receive any mail. My train is at 21:15. due to this irresponsible cab service, I missed my train with my family. I loss nearly 3000 rupees.
