I have 50 mb internet balance intially. As i started to download 60mb data instantly i took a pack of 40 mb . But took away my main balance 38 rupees in this region that when i start download i have small shortage of mb. So they took away my main balance not the internet balance. But why chared from main balance when i have internet balance. They say this is the rule. After download finished i have internet balance though but they took away my main balance at initial download when i have internet balance some short than 60 mb . I took additional 40mb though it happens. My number is7278420363. I want to say why they took main balance when i have internet balace and during complete time of download i always have intetnet balance. This happen today 8:30pm.
