Too much bill for my vodafone No. 9158059558

For my Vodafone postpaid No. 9158059558, initially 2G plan of 2 [email protected] was activated but in Jully month without any intimation Vodafone company stopped that 2G plan on 06/07/14 and 3G plan “Mi_C_V_0_2m_D500mb_Bn” bundle offer activated on my mobile w.e.from 07/07/14.
On 09/07/14 Vodafone company stopped my outgoing call and internet data usage services. And Vodafone Company charged Rs. 3597 (Bill period 05/07/14 to 04/08/14) against total internet data usage 2096520KB with zero download content in it.
Normally my monthly bill is up to Rs.300 with my 2G plan of [email protected]. Stoping my regular 2G plan against 3G plan without any prior intimation and charging too much bill,Vodafone company cheated me and pressurised me to pay such heavy bill.
I made Email Vodafone company,maharashtra so much time regarding lowering my bill.but every time their reply was negative.
