Return n refund

I have received incomplete order from www.hopscotch.in n I have been requesting return of my goods and refund of the same which amounts to rs 3207 and it’s been 20 days I have got promises of return n refund with no action. Now I m tired of waiting n getting no reply from there seniors. Please take actions against them for my refund.
