Hi All,
I have a complain against Vodafone Gujarat Private Ltd. for adding wrong and fraudulent charges to my postpaid account. My Mobile number is 9727729579. In the bill for the month of November 2014, Vodafone had charged me 178 rupees for downloads of 3 services which I had not activated. I have been using 3GVF services since long and I know what to do and what not to do on internet.
When I contacted the customer care they refused to take my complain initially. the care executive refused and said that He can’t raise complain. so I asked to fwd call to his supervisor. And when he refused to fwd the call, I ask him to provide a request number so that i can call back or go to Vodafone store for reference. and then he gave a number(89942872). The complain is open and have not received call yet from Vodafone.
Please help.
