Extra charges appliying without any Explanation

My name is Dhaivat Vyas.My Mobile no is +91-7799453698. I have post paid vodafone connection of AP region.
In my last bill Vodafone has applied 99 rs Extra Charges for downloading although my 2G pack is already activated. I have called customer care 4 times every time , not getting any specific answer, Every time I am come to know that they have applied these charges for some “short fomat downloaded” , and at a last they will generate a request with id 1731086972 which is not resulting any more.

I am tired with this vodafone trickes.!!Why this vodafone doing this dirty trickes to their regular customers!!!
