Micromax Canvas 2 Plus A110Q – Mobile had lot of issues -Status on Job sheet No. S010113-1114-13237159 (Dated :08-Nov-2014)

Hi Team I had given my phone (Job sheet No. S010113-1114-13237159) to S3 communications micromax service centre, Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore-560011 on 08-Nov-2014. But I have no updates after that. I have tried calling on their telephone nos. +9180-41204141, +9180-41214141 but number never seems to be connected, it always says number is busy on some other call. Its been 3 weeks as of now, they are not even responding to my emails. I have dropped almost 8-10 emails to [email protected]. But there is no use at all. This is really frustating and ridiculous. How can micromax service centre play with customer’s emotions like this. This way, we are losing faith in Micromax. Please help me asap. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Team,
    I truely understand that you have communicated my issue to the concerned team but will that complete your duty. Ofcourse not , the same status , you gave me on 25-Nov-2014 as well. Don’t you think so , its been more than a week and you are still saying same story that they will call you soon. Its been more that 3 weeks as of now, I gave my phone to service centre on 08-Nov-2014 itself and i have no idea what the crap happening with my phone. Do you really respect your customers or Can’t you see my frustration. I am simply running behind you people and you people are playing hide and seek with your customers. How long would it take again to get my phone back. Are you expecting, your customer to give the phone to service centre with unknown deadlines to get that back and keep silent. This is just ridiculous . I want the concerned team conatcts , if you people don’t have courtsey to follow up on customers issues and update them time to time. I would like you to escalate this issue to your higher authority and please contact me asap.
