Its been more than 4 months since I have been complaining that I do not get internet connection specially after 8 pm. Its been an everyday scenario. I paid also for new connection recently but the situation is not changed.
I have to call everyday to tell the officials that I am not getting internet and again in the night I do not get any net service.
On repetitive request to provide me with permanent solution , nothing has been done so far.
I am really frustrated now as I can see only loss of my money and whenever I want to use internet service I CAN NOT. Also I have asked to arrange a call with Senior Official, but it has also not been heard yet.
I want the company to return my money.
