27/11/2014->After deduction in Main balance Rs.32 without any reason, I called Airtel CustomerCare and launched a complaint (No. CBDMO31126785460) and it’s confirmed me by the Call Attendant that proper measure should be taken as he was unable to show any deduction cause.
28/11/2014->But Next Day, i got a message that my mobile no was unreachable and irtel Authority couldn’t able to contact me and thus complaint was resolved.When I called again to CC, I was told that they couldn’t help in this case as my data balance was low (surprisingly 11MB 3G Data was still available on 28/11/2014) as almost 1GB data was also deducted at the same day without any reason.
Now, who is responsible to deduction of my 3G Data?
Who is responsible for deduction in main balance though 11MB 3G data is available?
Who is responsible for the Customer Care illogical replies on 28th Nov,2014?
I am only getting the answer- Airtel
As a customer, I request Airtel Higher authorities to credit the balance to my Contact no. or else give proper reason in written format.
