On 27th morning I recharged my number with RC14 using ussd code for internet balance.
The amount is deducted from my balance and pack was not activated.I called the customer care(@121,9700012345) to raise a complaint.I spoke with Ms.Girija and Meghana(supervisor).The supervisor said the issue will be resolved within 24hrs.I wanted the internet balance badly at that time,so i requested them to activate the pack immediately or the balance be refunded.That arrogant supervisor denied me both(without in respect in voice, it was like “do what you can,I wont refund”) and asked me to wait 24hrs.

On 28th:
The pack has not been activated till afternoon. I tried to call their customer care number just to find out
the customer care center guys are busy with heavy traffic.
The more funny(or annoying) thing happened next.I called them from friend’s mobile and the call has been forwarded to the executive.
With agony,I called 198 to raise a complaint about this.There is nothing different from the main customer care number and not able to reach an executive due to heavy traffic.
So, I called appellate authority on 9700199010(andhra pradesh).The call was never answered (they are all from same system).
They charged 50paise each time I called them.I don’t want to loose a penny for their fault.
Please take necessary action and bring justice.
