INSPITE OF ASSURANCE OF ACCURATE BILLING FROM VODAFONE, I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FALSE COMMITMENT FROM VODAFONE.

AGAIN VODAFONE HAS CHARGED RS. 75 ALONG WITH TAXES STATING AS BELOW:

ON CALLING 198 COMPLAIN LINE YOUR CALL CENTER PEOPLE “MR.ADIL” HAS NO ANSWER FOR THE SAME AND IS NOT READY TO TAKE MY COMPLAIN OR RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. REF.NO.1067525531

RESPECTED SIR / MADAM DO I SEEM AS A FOOL TO YOU PEOPLE THAT YOU GO ON CHARGE ME FOR ANYING AND I AM GOING TO PAY BLINDLY. I AM A LEGAL TAX PRACTITIONER SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW, WHAT IS THAT YOU HAVE CHARGED DOWNLOAD CHARGES FOR ?????

THIS THE THIRD TIME YOU HAVE CHARGED ME WITH SO CALLED “ DOWNLOAD “

I NEED SOME EVIDENCE OR EXPLANTION FOR THE CHARGES MADE THEN ONLY I AM GOING TO PAY.

ONCE AGAIN “I HAVE NEVER DOWNLOAD SUCH THING ON MY MOBILE OR HAVE ACTIVATED ANY SERVICES. BEING A CORPORATE USER TO ACTIVATE ANY SERVICES I HAVE TO MAIL FROM MY REGISTERED ID I.E. [email protected]. I HAVE NEVER ACTIVATED OR SENT ANY ACTIVATION MAIL FOR ANY SERVICES FOR WHICH U HAVE CHARGED ME.”

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REVERT THE AMOUNT WRONGLY CHARGED TO ME ALONG WITH THE TAXES

IF YOU CANNOT RESOLVE THEN I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I HAVE TO REPORT THE CASE TO “MASSMA” MY CORPORATE GROUP AND WILL HAVE PORT ALL THE GROUP MEMBER IN OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.

  1. Same charges are applied for my billing as well I really disappointed with this and thinking to port with some other network.
