MY IRCTC ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ARBITRARILY DE-ACTIVATED . NOW IRCTC OFFICIALS ARE ASKING ME TO GET A NEW MOBILE NUMBER AND A NEW EMAIL ID FOR CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT–OTHERWISE I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE IRCTC FOR TICKET BOOKING.
WHY WHY WHY I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER MOBILE NUMBER FOR ONLINE TICKET BOOKING.??
