VODAFONE CHEATING CUSTOMERS FOR wapvilla_ppd.
i have been over charged Rs. 49/- by VODAFONE for a crap wapvilla for download. I dont know what is this and i never download such app or click on any link. i am an IT professional and use my phone carefully.
VODAFONE customer care says (MR. GIRDHARI – Senior Executive) – It is third party and you have charged because u clicked any link or ad on app by mistake. If you use internet you have to pay such charges. Stop using internet or use only paid apps so you dont get Ads.
What the ******* excuse. Its completely a fraud which VODAFONE doing with customers. How can they charge for third party without acceptance of customer. By this way VODAFONE can send bill of thousands rupees. What is the security for this? Even VODAFONE don’t know what app is this or any details. They simple says u might have clicked any ad.
Friends tell what to do such Fraud service provider VODAFONE.
