not deliverd my order and also not refund my money

i orderd online lenovo mobile phone on mulya shop.com , on 13th of november , i paid the bill also , but after payment they did not respond for my mail and call , till now , my order reference no – KFNMSVWXP placed on 11/13/2014 16:21:12

i also seen lot of complaint similar to my , on online consumer complain fauram , so sir please tale action on this company as soon as possible .

    Sir,
    I courier on oct.14 from Kolkata to lucknow by flyking courier, C.N 336908881.
    when we did not receive after 10 days i start to trying contact at your lucknow office.They replied me we can not courier at your home becouse your location is not under our office/criteria and you can come my office and receive your courier.
    When my father reached at your office for taking our courier they said your courier has been returned to Kolkata.
    Then we contact at your Kolkata office after some day they told us your courier still keep at lucknow office again we contact at lucknow they are completely ignore all these thing.
    kindly resolve my complain and provide my courier.

    I also ordered a mobile (intex aqua y2 pro) on 16.12.2014 and payment made through my debit card. Mulya shop is not responding about my order till now. Plz do something ….. and take action……. as soon as possible.
