the matter is regarding the new coat and rain coat done at my residence.
In the month of March 2014 i contacted your helpline no. who have then forwarded my details to the area concerned person Mr.Arun Jadhav ( 8451802412 ) the said person contacted me, visited the site then referred Mr.Shyam Nagdev ( 9890207980 ) for carrying out the said work.
work started on 29th March, 2014 and completed on 22nd April, 2014.
in some portion of the wall where rain coat was applied again started leaking, i had informed this to the applicator, he visited twice, on first visit he saw, then said that after the rainy season he will do the needful, on his second visit he has applied some solution at one place and said that it will solve the problem but it didn’t ? when i asked for the warranty letter he said ” what is the use of letter, whenever u have problem u can call me ! i was not satisfied with his reply, right from the beginning i was told by the applicator as well as by your company executive that warranty letter will be issued by the applicator using the company format.
how can you justify this that a customer who has given so big amount does not have anything in writing ? how he will contact and whom he will contact on the basic of which document ? tomorrow the applicator may change and new one will come then do you think he will listen to my grievance ??
just to inform you that last time i called your helpline no regarding the same issue but i was told the applicator is not issuing the letter because i have not paid the full money ! now do you think that i will not pay 3500 and forget my warranty letter ? so silly on your part as well as on applicators part ? this is nothing taking customers for granted ?
I am totally dis-satisfied and disappointed with the service of your applicator ??
