Hello sir,
I am holding ICICI Coral Credit card from 12/03/2014. I had applied for this card because ICICI executive call me, & she told me, you don’t have to pay any joining fees & also no annual fees for first year.
But when i received my first bill where bank charging me joining fee & annual fee. after that i talked with customer care executive & he was agree to cancel this fees. but till date no action has been taken from bank & every month i got message regarding due amount.
Till date i haven’t make any transaction with this card & this card is going to spoil my CIBIL score.
Please look in to this matter and help me.
