It is really shocking & disturbing that a leading online store like SNAPDEAL
will be unable to even ship a sofa set worth Rs 28139 to the desired customer…
Even after repeated calls from our end THEIR customer executives went on saying “SIR THE SYSTEM IS GETTING AN UPDATE”
And on day before yesterday when, it was for the second time updated shippment on 24th nov’14 was not completed,after asking the reason we get an answer “SIR ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH,THE ITEM MAY BE SHIPPED OR MAY NOT , WE WILL INFORM YOU LATER”…
WE REPEATEDLY CALLED THEM AND THEY PROMISED US TO CALL BACK FROM THEIR SUPERVISERS AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST….BUT YET WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS OR EMAILS…OUR 28139 IS AT RISK AS THEY ARE NOT CANCELLING THE ORDER NEITHER REFUNDING…PLEASE HELP US TO GET OUT FROM THIS
