INCORRECT FRAUDULENT VODAFONE BILL

I am Vodafone pospaid user for Hyderabad circle and i am using 3g connection from last 4 months. I have been charged for some service “hello1_tvallsouth_” this month (Nov 2014 bill) for Rs.30/- . I have never used this service and Vodafone has charged me without my consent and when i have contacted the customer care they are saying that i have clicked this service while i never browse through my phone.This is totally a fraud done by Vodafone and hello1_tvallsouth and i want my money to be refunded asap and the reason why this is being done.

THis is a common fraud done by Vodafone with almost all customers with their cheap business tactics. (Just google hello1_tvallsouth_ and you will know it all).

I have called 198 on 18-11-2014 and the complaint number was 1727464994 and I was told I will receive an update within 48 hours and the customer care person even told that by 20-11-2014 5:30 PM you will receive response. I have not eve received response but along with that on 22-11-2014, I received another SMS saying that they were not able to contact me. I am always in a full signal area and ny phone never got switched off atleast during this period. THis shows the negligence of the curomer care people to resolve the complaints and close them with out providing solution to the customer.
