Hi, myself Pritesh Rana from Ahmedabad(M:9909104074). On dated 21.11.14 vodafon had deducted Rs. 75 for downloading SHOTFORMAT application as intimated from Customer Care representative. Further, communicated with customer care, but they told due to downloading application(D2C-SHOTFORMAT_TINY TV_PP_U 75 SHOTFORMAT) but as i know i havnt downloaded such application and why should i bear for Rs. 75. I want the same amount refund back to my phone balance.
