Refund not processed

I placed an order with Naaptol.com(Order Number: 11025666) on 12th October 2014. It was delivered on 20th October and found to be of low quality. So i requested them a refund for my product to which they agreed( Complaint Id: 7393503 ) . I was asked to keep the product ready for return pickup and assured that the product will be picked up within 48 hours. After that its been more than a month and i keep calling them after every few days to know the status but nothing has happened. Everytime they assure me that I have to wait for 48 hours and they will arrange the pickup. Its really frustrating and i have lost all the hope of ever getting my money back.
