Hello I am from Mumbai.I had purchase a mobile brand name htc on 24th Nov 2013 from Mumbai since i purchase i was facing many problems till this year August i had given my mobile 5 to 6 times for service but non of time my problem was solve.On 2nd October 2014 Htc customer support call me n they told that they are replacing my mobile and will give a new one and on 9th Oct i had submitted my mobile and they told me that i will get my device within 10-12 working days but till today 23rd Nov 2014 almost 1.5 months i didn’t received my mobile yet and whenever i call them they always give me new date from last month they are giving me dates.Even I have proofs that they told me that they will give me my device within 10-12 days.My question is how can i complain against them and what are the steps can i take against them so that they should give me n new mobile.Please anyone knows help me to fight against them….
