Lost of product.

Dear Sir,

This is to kindly inform that my name is Suraj nandan and i put up at Saket (South Delhi), I had to receive a postal mail at my address in Saket via India Postal mail (Mehrauli) but they have misplaced my product and now they are saying that they can’t find it, when i am tracking my products with a consignment number then it says ”Item Delivered” which i never received now when i contacted my area postman Mr. Bheem Singh he is asking for Rs. 200 as a bribe and also stating that they have delivered it someone else and they couldn’t find it, now that i have lost my product and also a certain amount of bribe is being asked.
