Non refund of undelivered product

Dear Sir, I had placed an order on ebay for a QUARTZ NIGHT GLOW WALL CLOCK RK 497 NG. But the seller had informed me that the model is not available after placing the order on ebay and making the payment of 1000/- for the same. I repeatedly called ebay customer care whose number is 18002093229. I even mailed them for having proof of my calls. But they never responded. Whether it is 1 year old or so, they have to recover our losses. As I was busy during that time, I could not further followup with them. Now just recently I was looking for ordering some product online and found the product available on ebay. But before ordering, I wanted to enquire about this complaint which was 1 year back and unattended. Then the customer care representative just disconnected the call. Please help me in getting my money back. My order number in ebay was ID 34971680750. They also did not have the option of “cash on delivery” for the purchase.
