As I logged into this website dated 11/04/2014 https://hifpurchase.com/fb/ joining was free of cost and asked for card number only for age and id verification. They deducted amount of Rs 10,037.36 with a confirmation mail being free of cost.
Called their customer support number +1866 -877-1995 on the same day for unauthorized deduction. They apologies and asked me to refund it within in 3-4 business days.
Called up my bank (ICICI) and blocked my card to avoid further deduction and disputed for the amount but they declined the refund.
