Fly in the biscuit. No action from the company

Hi,

I have purchased McVities biscuit pack and when I opened the pack I was surprised to see a whole fly embed in the biscuit. I wrote mails along with the photograph and sent it to the co. Also I posted this to facebook page of united biscuits. But no action has been taken by the co.

So writing this mail to you to take action on the co. and punish them with heavy penalty so that they remember it life long.

Hi Team,

I am very disappointer by conveying the below message to you.

Being united biscuits such a good brand I used to use products of it. But this time I am very much disappointed by the type of quality of product which I have purchased. I purchased a McVities Marie biscuit pack of batch no. 28HD4K manufactured on 30/07/14 and after consuming few biscuts when I picked a one. I was surprised to see it. It was a complete FLY embed into the biscuit. That shocked with like, being an international brand it clears my mind that what type of hygine is being used in the manufacturing units of McVities. I have got such an incidence and there may be several other incidences which might have been reported to you. I don’t know if this is the first time or not, but its an serious issue.

And I am going to escalate it to the consumer forum. I want a strict action against the organisation on being such careless to cosumer
health. It could have been any other insect as well.
If any proper action has not been taken then I will take this issue to the senior corporates of the company and as well as to consumer forum.

I wasnt proper action to be taken.

I am not getting any response for the action which you are taking against this issue. I think this is very serious issue and it should get resolved asap. For the same I am uploading the images of the biscuits on the facebook page for united biscuits.

Hi Karen,

You should contact India base customer services so that they can contact me. But if I will provide the sample then in that case I will not have any proof of myself. So I think I will not share it with the company.
